PALMDALE — The Los Angeles County Department of Economic Opportunity and Genesis LA on Tuesday launched the Commercial Acquisition Fund grant program, which provides grants of $500,000 to $2 million to qualifying nonprofits to acquire vacant commercial buildings or property.
